OHMVAULT (OHMV) is an ERC-20 token on Ethereum whose market is a single Uniswap v4 pool paired against Olympus OHM. The pool's liquidity is a full-range position owned by the pool's hook contract, and no contract function can withdraw it: OHM leaves the pool only when traders sell OHMV into it. Every buy and sell pays a 5% pool fee. When fees are harvested, 40% of that OHM is added back into the locked liquidity and 60% goes to the project treasury. The OHM held in the pool divided by total supply is the token's "backing". Holders can stake OHMV. Every 6 hours an epoch closes, and new OHMV is minted to stakers only if backing per token, measured at the lowest point of that epoch, has set a new high in both OHM and USD terms (USD via Chainlink). Users can also bond OHM: they deposit OHM and receive OHMV that vests over 24 hours, and the deposited OHM goes into the locked pool.
