Fidelity USD Digital Liquidity Fund-Acc FILQ-A

The Fidelity USD Digital Liquidity Fund (FILQ) seeks to invest in a diversified range of short-term instruments with the aim of maintaining capital value and liquidity whilst producing a return to the investor in line with money market rates, delivered through a regulated, tokenised fund structure. FILQ tokens are issued on supported public blockchains, currently on Ethereum. The net asset value (NAV) of the fund is calculated daily and published on chain in a consistent manner across all supported chains at the same time, using a leading independent oracle provider.  Fidelity USD Digital Liquidity Fund (FILQ) is not available to U.S. persons or to persons in any jurisdiction where access or distribution would be contrary to applicable law or regulation.
