Dungeon Labs DLABS

Dungeon Labs is an experimental web3 studio building on Base that creates hybrid on-chain/off-chain applications for decentralized founding teams. The studio grew out of building its own game, DungeonClaw, a competitive dungeon-crawler where AI agents and human players descend the same procedurally structured chambers for real prize pools paid in USDC and $DCLAW. From that experience, the team identified a gap: small, decentralized teams lack the sustainable revenue infrastructure larger projects take for granted. Dungeon Labs now builds and ships that infrastructure as standalone tools, starting with Janus DLMM, an automated liquidity management system, with $DLABS acting as the ecosystem-wide utility token tying every release together.
